China takes the position of observing the territorial integrity and sovereignty of countries, said the permanent representative of the country at the UN Zhang Jun.
“Our position on how to consider the conflict in Ukraine remains unchanged and clear – the sovereignty and territorial integrity of countries must be observed,” he said at a meeting of the UN Security Council on the situation in Ukraine.
China’s Permanent also noted that “the legitimate concern of countries in the field of security should be taken seriously.”
