US President Joe Biden accused Russia and OPEC in increasing oil prices, RIA Novosti reports.
“If you look at the price of gasoline, for oil prices, this is at the moment the consequence of Russia’s refusal or OPEC countries to download more oil. We will see what happens soon or later,” said Biden.
