US President Joe Biden held talks with the leaders of the Bucharest Nine, the so-called Eastern Wing of NATO to discuss the situation in the Russian-Ukrainian border, the White House statement according to the negotiations.
The statement notes that the US President and the leaders of Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Slovakia discussed the destabilizing buildup of Russia of military power on borders with Ukraine and the need for a single, prepared and decisive position of NATO in relation to Collective allies.
On the eve of the telephone conversation of US presidents and Ukraine, Joe Bayiden and Vladimir Zelensky, in the White House, said that Ukraine’s accession to NATO, against whom Moscow sharply objects – a matter concerning the most exclusively in Ukraine itself and NATO.
