Country Seven Finance Ministers warned Russia about “large-scale” economic consequences in the event of its attack on Ukraine.
“The increase in Russian military power at the borders of Ukraine is of serious concern. We, Ministers of Finance G7, emphasize our readiness to provide fast and decisive support of the Ukrainian economy,” the “Deutsche Vella” quotes the ministerial statement.
“Any further aggression of Russia against Ukraine will meet an immediate, coordinated and powerful answer. We are ready to collectively introduce economic and financial sanctions that will have large-scale and immediate consequences for the Russian economy,” the Ministers of the Seven Groups are emphasized.
