The body of the victim in Ukraine, Azerbaijanis today will be delivered to his homeland. A resident of Serkar Samuhsky district Ilgar Mamedov, born in 1977, died in the Ukrainian city of Mariupol.
As reported by APA in the executive authority of the Samuhsky district, on March 17, Mamedov received a heavy fragmentation wound in Mariupol as a result of bombs when transporting wounded from one refuge to another. He died on the spot. First, Mamedov was buried in Mariupol. The place of his burial was set later.
It is noted that the family members of the deceased, too, were surrounded for a long time.
