To improve the situation in Ukraine, the European Union will create a training mission to better prepare Ukrainian military. This was stated by the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrel at a meeting of defense ministers in Prague, writes Al Arabiya.
“The local situation continues to be very bad. Ukraine needs our support, and we will continue to support,” Borrel told reporters. For this reason, defense ministers intend to prepare the ground for the Ukrainian military.
“General, universal political agreement (according to the educational mission – ed.) – This is what, I think, we should get today … I hope that we will get a political green light for this mission,” he added. Josep Borrel is sure that now the moment has come for decisive action.
