British monarch’s brother, Prince Edward, as part of his visit to Turkey, visited the Museum of the Basilica Museum in Istanbul.
Prince of Edward, the Duke of Edinburgh, was accompanied by representatives of the municipality of Istanbul and scientists working on the restoration of the museum, as well as the Consul General of Great Britain in Istanbul Kenan Poleo.
A member of the royal family informed about the history of the museum and its significance for Istanbul.
