In the coming days, Samir Kyazimov, accused of kidnapping a person, killing, storing firearms and other serious crimes, will appear before the court. A preliminary investigation of the criminal case was completed against him.
According to haqqın.az, the materials of the criminal case are sent to investigate the Baku court in serious crimes. The case is conducted by Judge Novruz Kerimov.
The murder occurred five years ago. So, on March 30, 2017, the 47-year-old businessman Valekh Najafov was killed by a shot in the head from firearms in front of a cafe in the 28th quarter of the city of Khirdalan of the Apheronsky district. The deceased businessman in his hand was a Makarov pistol. 7 sleeves were found on the territory. Hayal Pashayev, a 32-year-old resident of the Gabalinsky district, who was at the site of the murder and received three gunshot wounds, was hospitalized in the clinical medical center. After he was transferred to prison.
According to the indictment, the customer of the murder of Valekh Najafov was his partner, Iranian businessman Bashir Gahramani. Members of the group involved in the crime – Bashir Gahramani, Ilham Gasanov, Rashad Gurbanov, Hayal Pashayev, Khanan Gasanov, Bilal Bayramov, Allahverdi Ruzpeikar and Muhammad Akhmedov – were held accountable under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code. On May 24, 2019, a criminal case against these persons was sent to the court and issued an indictment.
Kyazimov, hiding from the investigation, was wanted for a long time. As a result of operational-search measures conducted by the prosecutor’s office and police officers, he was detained on May 12 this year. He was charged under Articles 120.2.1, 120.2.4, 221.2.1 and other articles of the Criminal Code.
