Canada intends to stop the supply of crude oil from Russia against the background of the situation in Ukraine, the Canadian Prime Minister Justin Treuo said at a press conference, reports Reuters.
“Today we declare our intention to prohibit the entire import of crude oil from Russia, the industry, which brought great benefits to President Putin and his oligarchs,” he said.
It is also noted that Canada will supply Ukraine anti-tank weapons.
