According to the information, Elman Guliyev using the fact that in 2020 he headed by the hospital did not attend the hospital treatment with coronavirus patients, nevertheless prepared a schedule for additional payments for medical staff and thereby damaged the interests of the state in the amount of 25 thousand manat.
In relation to Elman Guliyev, a criminal case was initiated under Article 308.1 (abuse of official authority). With respect to him, a preventive measure is elected.
