In Baku, the lawsuit in the criminal case of the 35-year-old Nelly Factory, accused of embezzlement of 423 thousand dollars belonging to her chief, veteran of the First Karabakh war, head of Avtotransyol and Murov TSK Afghan Zeynalov.
According to Haqqın.az, at the next court hearing as a witness, Sister Mehriban Atakishieva was questioned (Zeynalov’s cleaning lady, according to the investigation, received a large amount of money from factory), Malahat Mirzoev. The woman said that her sister, who always lived poorly, changed her lifestyle overnight – in particular, she repaired the house, purchased new household appliances, lived in luxurious hotels and bought her son a new car. The reason for such sharp changes in attacks called a woman named Nelly. The woman said that the money would return in parts – they will be withheld from the salary.
The witness said that she saw the factory itself several times. The latter asked her money, but Mirzoeva refused.
Answering the questions of the parties, the woman noted that she was never particularly interested in either the personality of the factory or the origin of the money. Hearing in court about the alleged attempts of the factory to poison Zeynalov, Mirzoeva immediately dismissed the possible participation of a sister in such matters.
Later it turned out that during the investigation the witness gave somewhat different indications. Then Mirzoeva said that she saw the accused only once – she was sitting in a car with an attack and grandson of the latter. The woman said that the factory during the meeting begged her and her sister take money for her.
“Later, Mehriban found out that all the money was stolen by Afghan Zeynalov. She climbed into debt and returned everything. After that she returned to the old lifestyle,” Mirzoeva told the investigators.

Note that according to the investigation, the accused Nelli Factory emerged 423 thousand dollars owned by her head of Afghan Zeynalov – the woman kept the money in a safe at home. The factory gave part of the money by the Mehriban of Atakishieva, the other part – to the former lover named Rauf. In addition, Zeynalov insists that the accused tried to poison him and asks to conduct an additional investigation in this regard.
