Caspian Service rejects accusations: “There was no arbitrariness”

In October last year, the editorial office of Haqqin.az published a complaint of residents of the house located on Suleiman Aleskerov Street (formerly Todorsky and Kitik Deniz).

The article stated that in 2003 the executive branch of the city of Baku issued the building company Caspian Service to demolish this house and the construction of a skyscraper in its place. The residents of the house complained that instead of agreeing with them about eviction and payment of appropriate compensation, the leadership of Caspian Service decided to evict them by the methods of deception and intimidation.

Caspian Service, which rejects all the accusations of the residents of the house and insists that it itself has become a victim of scammers, also contacted the Haqqin.az editorial office.

The article stated that the administration of the Police of the Nasiminsky District disappeared the materials of the criminal case on the fact of the plaque of representatives of Caspian Service on a residential building. The company notes that this statement concerns law enforcement agencies and has nothing to do with the company.

Caspian Service categorically refutes the complaints of a resident of the house Firange Kerimova. The company noted that the woman and her family were temporarily transferred to another address instead of apartment No. 6 on Kitik Deniz Street. They received a rent monthly, and then, when the construction of a new building was delayed, they were again returned to their former apartment. Upon returning, her apartment was repaired in accordance with her desire.

“Three apartments and one non -residential area at this address were assigned to Elmaz Huseynov and his accomplices. An investigation on this occasion was conducted in the Yasamalsky District police department until 09/25/2021, but subsequently stopped. If our company had a magical force, then persons who committed fraud against us would quickly answer the law. If the Sultanov brothers had power, Elmaz Huseynov and his accomplices would be held accountable, and criminal prosecution would not be discontinued, ”the company said.

Caspian Service notes that she did not make any arbitrariness in relation to residents of house No. 3 on Suleiman Aleesskerov Street (former Kitik Deniz Street. There are six apartments and two non -residential premises in the building. The company further gives detailed information about each of the apartments and their owners .
