The cause of the catastrophic scale, which has acquired the Global Coronavirus epidemic SARS-COV-2, has become a “toxic cocktail” from “delay, indecision and denial”. Such conclusions came experts with an independent panel for the preparation and counteraction of a pandemic (IPPPR), reported on its website.
“The situation in which we are now can be prevented,” said Ellen Johnson-Sirliff, former President of Liberia, Nobel laureate and one of the participants of the panel. The presentation report, she stressed that at the beginning of the dissemination of the disease, many mistakes were made – on the global and local level.
