Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlut Chavushoglu held negotiations with his colleague Sergei Lavrov, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said.
“Today (November 14), a telephone conversation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlyut Chavushoglu with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov took place,” the Turkish department said.
