Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlyut Chavushoglu said that Ankara follows UN sanctions against Russia.
According to him, there are no problems in visiting Turkey Russians, if they follow Turkish laws.
“In the visit of Russians by Russians, including oligarchs or businessmen, there are no problems. If they follow the laws,” said Mevlyut Chavushoglu.
