In the city of Urumchi, Sinjiang -Uygursky Autonomous Region (SUAR), the PRC hosts the Forum of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) – “Year of Tourism 2023”. The event is attended by officials of member states, observers and partners in the SCO dialogue, representatives of specialized international organizations, heads of travel administrations, heads of national travel companies, reports Kazinform.
The forum program is divided into four main thematic blocks. At the same time, the main event of the event will be a plenary session on the topic “Tourist Potential in the SCO space” with the participation of officials of member states, observers and partners on the SCO dialogue and representatives of specialized international organizations.
The program also includes business events, including panel sessions, business meetings between traveling companies and representatives of business circles, as well as visiting the tourist attractions of Sinjiang.
