The North-Western Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergencies held in the city of Sheki the demonstrative exercises of civil defense on the notification and collection with the participation of non-unified formations of civil defense.
The press service of the Ministry said that in the event on the “actions of non-military territorial groups of civil defense on warning signals during emergency situations” the relevant structural units of the North-West Regional Center, the Civil Defense Headquarters and the Emergency Situations Commission of the executive branch Sheki, personnel of the territorial civil defense forces.
The purpose of the exercises was to check the level of readiness of the territorial civil defense forces to respond to emergency situations and coordinating joint actions in crisis situations, improving managerial knowledge and command personnel skills, instilling practical skills to notify personnel.
During the exercise, the activities of non -enlarged territorial formations of civil defense were heard to warn about emergency, raising anxiety, committing a march to the place of gathering, organizing collection and management, as well as reports on functional duties.
At the end of the exercise, the deficiencies were analyzed, the deficiencies were identified and appropriate instructions were given.
