2. The sketch should be sent in accordance with the following requirements: a) The sketch should be in the Microsoft Word (.docx or .doc) file; b) All elements of the coat of arms are a common form, symbolic signs and symbols, colors in the same Microsoft Word (.docx or .doc) file itself should be described in writing and explained; c) The same file should feature name, surname and contact number of the sketch.
