by the decision of the Presidium of the Bar of Azerbaijan, on December 9, 2020, it was decided to provide free legal assistance to the families of shahids and veterans, including a free representative office in trials.
Free legal assistance to the families of Shehids and Veterans is regularly provided in connection with the execution of this decision. Also on the occasion of “September 27 – Day of Memory” all lawyer structures operating in the country provided such assistance to members of the Slahids families and war veterans.
During the action, legal assistance was provided to dozens of applicants, answers to their questions were given, the provisions of civil and social legislation were explained, written and oral consultations were given, written applications were drawn up.
Most of the appeals concerned the provision of legal assistance related to pension rights, social security, mortgage, divorce and food security.
