The company’s sold out of LLC “PMD Group” was formed in November-December of this year by separation mainly from the hotel companies in Baku and regions of the country 8 companies included in the PMD Hospitality group. This is: LLC “Lenkeran Hotel and Resort əmlak”, OOO “Yeni çinar Hotel Company əmlak”, OOO “Yeni Naftalan Hotel Company əmlak”, OOO “AZBIZNESSERVIS əMLAK”, OOO “BIR Art əmlak”, OOO “Excelsior Hotel əmlak”, OOO “Yeni Qalaaltı Hotel əmlak” and LLC “Yeni şamaxı Hotel əmlak”.
The cumulative share capital of absorbed companies exceeds 64 million manat. There is no information about the capital of LLC PMD Group. At the same time, on December 20, the group informed creditors to reduce capital size.
