The Baku court sentenced 21-year-old Elvin Ismailov and 17-year-old Farid Dzhafarov, who were thrown by shoes on the monument to the Genial Azerbaijani composer Uzeir Gadzhibekov before the National Conservatory, by 15 days of administrative arrest.
A video has previously spread on the network, which shows that there are two guys at the monument, one of whom throws shoes into a monument, after which young people leave.
During the investigation, Elvin Ismailov admitted that on January 1 of this year, passing into a drunk form past the national conservatory, in order to make fun of his acquaintance Farid Jafarov threw his boots into the monument.
