The trial in the case of the head of the “European movement in Azerbaijan” Ramin Hajila, accused of organizing illegal migration of citizens in the USA, Canada and European countries, has been organized by haqqin.az.
The investigation was able to establish that the head of LLC “No Border Travel Agency” Ramin Hajila, Chairman of the Public Association “Youth Scientific and Cultural Development” Sardar Lygener, Representatives of YES Travel LLC Sarkhan Abdullaev, Uzeyir Bagirley, Head “HMH Baku Travel” Narmina Dadashov, as well as Zakir Amirov, Aziz Safaraliev, Akif Asadov, organized illegal migration of the applicants by fake and selling fake statements from the account, documents confirming ownership of movable and real estate, letters-divisions to law enforcement agencies, medical certificates and other official documents . The victims in the criminal case are 22 people.
