Baku continued a lawsuit on the former head of the executive authority Baku Rasim Guliyev, accused of an illegal demolition of a residential building, which is considered a historical monument.
According to Haqqin.az, the lawyer R.Gulieva Adalat Movlayev sued written petitions. He stated that his underpatory health problem, and it is contained in the medical institution of the penitentiary service. The lawyer asked to change the measure of restraint Guliyev at home arrest.

He said that there is no reason to continue to hold Guliyev under arrest: “the instigator of that resolution was Gagzhibala Abutalybov. He had to be interrogated by the prosecutor’s office. But this did not happen. Not appeared by Abutalybov and in court.”
Another lawyer Rasima Gulieva – Fuad Guliyev also demanded to bring to court and interrogate as a witness of the former chapter of the executive authority Baku Gajibalu Abutalybova. “There are episodes with their participation. Therefore, both must be interrogated in court,” he said.
Rasim Guliyev himself made a brief speech and demanded the satisfaction of the petitions in court.
Prosecutor Eldar Hamzaev said that the petition for the invitation to interrogation into the court of Abutalybova was left for the court. Court petition did not satisfy.
The judge announced that the judicial consequence was completed. At the next court session, the prosecutor will perform.
The process will continue on December 9.
Note that Guliyev is accused of unlawful notion of the demolition of a historic building on the street D.Aliyeva in Baku and issuing permission to build multi-storey houses by the FF-2011 company.
