In the Jalilabad district prosecutor’s office, an investigation was conducted on the fact of assigning funds by officials of the Mugansky municipality.
As reported in the district prosecutor’s office, in the course of the inspections there were certain suspicions that the former Chairman of the melikin melikov municipality, injured by official position, in 2020, illegally leased to individuals as a whole 62 hectares of municipal land, and also assigned 4,070 Manat allocated from the state budget to the municipality. In addition, Rasif Hasanov, who worked in this position to Melikova, by increasing his salary for 2,240 manat, inflicted material damage to the municipal budget in the amount of 6,310 manat.
In the Jalilabad district prosecutor’s office, a criminal case was initiated under articles 179.2.3 (assigning either embezzlement by the face using his official position) and 308.1 (abuse of official authority). Intensive investigative operational activities are held in order to determine other persons involved in the specified illegal actions.
