Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev amended the decree “On the circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors”, the official website of the head of state reports.
According to the decree, the powers in this area in the territory of the Nakhchyansk Autonomous Republic are assigned to the state security service (SGB) of Azerbaijan.
