Danilov: world must get security guarantees from Russia, and not vice versa

It is the world that needs “security guarantees” after the war unleashed by Russia, and not vice versa. No one should sign the agreements and “press the hand” of Russia, said the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexei Danilov, commenting on the statement of France President Emmanuel Macron that “the future security of Europe will also include security guarantees for Russia.”

“The terrorist and the murderer want to provide security guarantees? Instead of Nuremberg – the signing of an agreement with Russia and a handshake? Ukrainian blood in Putin’s hands will not interfere with the Business as Usual? The strange logic of the subcutaneous diplomacy, the time of which has ended,” wrote Danilov.

As the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council explained, the best “security guarantees” for the world will be denuclearization and demilitarization of Russia.
