On the avenue of Z. Bunadov in the Narimanovsky district of the capital as a result of an accident, a car driver died.
It is reported that a resident of the capital Gulnara Eyullaeva, born in 1981, failed to do the management and, having moved the demarrier, collided with a car ruled by a resident of the capital Said Gurbanov born in 1990.
As a result, Gurbanov died at the scene, Eyullaev and its passengers Nijat Bagirov born in 2000 and Sabukhi Abbasov born in 1981 were hospitalized with various injuries.
A criminal case was opened on this fact in the police department of the Narimanovsky district under Article 263.2 of the Criminal Code (violation of the rules of the road and the operation of vehicles, which, through negligence, entailed the death of the victim), an investigation is conducted.
