Deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Sverdlovsk Region announced the “inadmissibility of the polemic” of TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov and in this regard turned to the broadcasting company of the VGTRK, on the channels of which his programs are published. “Yes, such an appeal has gone. Of course, I signed a letter. It is very constructive, does not have the nature of the complaint or claim. In the letter we believe that such a polemic from the journalist is unacceptable,” the deputy from the faction “Unified Russia “Vyacheslav Vegner.
As deputy Mikhail Zubarev from United Russia told RBC, the letter was compiled and sent last week.
“The essence of the letter is to put an end to the discussion of the popular host of VGTRK with the inhabitants of the city of Yekaterinburg,” he said.
Another deputy, who asked not to name his name, also confirmed to RBC that his colleagues turned to the leadership of VGTRK in connection with the statement of Vladimir Solovyov.
According to Kommersant, the appeal was sent to the general director of VGTRK Oleg Dobrodeev, it contains a request to “evaluate the actions of TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov, who organized a public polemic with the Urals, including the governor of the region Evgeny Kuyvashev and Senator Eduard Rossel.”
Deputies, writes the publication, also note that “in the Middle Urals there are many worthy people who work for the benefit of their countrymen and all of Russia,” as well as the fact that the region “always supported and supports President Vladimir Putin, as indicated and the number of participants in large -scale patriotic events. “
