Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev described the situation in which Ukraine was a meme: instead of joining the club of Western countries, it can share the fate of Iraq, Libya and Syria.
On one part of the picture published in the Telegram channel of Medvedev, the character of Ukraine is depicted, which is surrounded by the UK, the USA, the European Union and NATO. At the same time, the characters depicting Western countries promise: “You will soon be one of us.”
