Deputy head of SGB drew attention to transfer of military equipment in Karabakh

REVANSHIC forces in Armenia are trying to prevent the work carried out in the direction of normalizing relations between the two countries, said the first deputy head of the State Security Service (SGB) of Azerbaijan, Lieutenant General Jaykhun Shadlinsky at the conference, local media reports.

As Shadlinsky noted, it is concerned that Armenia allocates funds to service and construction of the army, exceeding its financial capabilities, tries to purchase modern weapons and military equipment from various foreign countries, and in all possible ways striving to delay the signing of a peace agreement.

According to him, special attention is deserved by the transfer of military equipment to the territory of Azerbaijan, where the Russian peacekeeping contingent is temporarily deployed, and the creation of conditions for various provocative shares there.
