Kriminal authority to Arman Jumagldiyev, known in Kazakhstan, who is known for nicknamed Wild Arman, extended the arrest until June 7, reports Tengrinews.
According to the General Prosecutor’s Office, Jumageldiev is being suspected of articles:
• 287, part 4 of the Criminal Code “illegal acquisition, transmission, sales, storage, transportation or carrying firearms, ammunition, explosives or explosive devices by a group of persons by prior agreement or repeatedly”;
• 272, part 2 of the Criminal Code “Participation in mass riots, accompanied by violence, pogroms, arson, destruction, destroying property, the use of firearms, explosives or explosive devices, as well as the provision of armed resistance to the authority, including using funds received from foreign sources “;
• 126, part 3, paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code “illegal deprivation of a person of freedom that caused the death of victim or other serious consequences.”
