According to him, the regional authorities are now negotiating with airlines on opening direct flights from Perm to several countries of the near abroad.
“It is about flights to Minsk, Tashkent, Bukhara, Baku and Yerevan. It is also planned to expand internal directions. So, the issue of launching aircraft from Perm to Chelyabinsk and Vladikavkaz is considered,” the Russian media said.
