The Governor of the Nikolaev region Vitaly Kim said that the city authorities will search for residents loyal to Russia. It is reported by The Telegraph.
“I suspect everyone. But in our city there are only a few of them,” he said.
He confirmed that the authorities have already detained about ten people. According to Kim, Ukrainian military and law enforcement officers will teach saboteurs to search.
