The Ministry of Justice of Russia introduced the writer Dmitry Bykov, the editor-in-chief of The New Times, Evgeny Albatz and the co-founder of the Foundation “Need help” Dmitry Aleshkovsky.
Note that the department has been maintaining a register of media-foreign agents since 2017. Now in the list of 172 individuals and legal entities.
