Doctor stated two habits affecting life expectancy

Candidate of Medical Sciences Endocrinologist Clinic of the Moscow State University Zuhra Pavlova told about the main harmful and useful habits. A Russian specialist believes that only one refusal to smoking will solve a prominent part of health problems, writes Russian newspaper.

“With all the bad habits inherent in a person, smoking makes the biggest damage. Perhaps you will strengthen you in the desire to quit smoking the fact that there is no safe level of tobacco smoke,” the doctor warned, reminding that the development of several is associated with smoking species oncology. This is a lung cancer – in 80% of cases of disease development. As well as larynx cancer (77%), esophagus cancer, oral cavity and bladder (50%), liver cancer (24%), thick bowel cancer (10%).

“Alive for this, practically mandatory chronic bronchitis, accompanying smokers, and cardiovascular diseases – the most important reason for modern mortality,” the endocrinologist noted.

But one of the most important useful habits, the doctor considers the use of a glass of warm water (about 40 degrees, not colder) an empty stomach immediately after sleep. This will help the normal circulation of bile. Bile is an important element of fat digestion, contributes to the development of intestinal hormones, destroys the mass of pathogens.
