Moscow, declaring sanctions against US President Joe Bayden, does not refuse to contact the American side. On Wednesday, the spokesman for the head of the Russian state Dmitry Sadkov said to journalists.
“The introduction of these sanctions does not mean a refusal of contacts. If necessary, these contacts may resume,” he said.
Peskov added that the personal list of US representatives against which Russia introduced sanctions, was agreed with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
