The DPRK on Friday morning launched an intercontinental missile, which fell within the exclusive economic zone of Japan about 200 km west of the island of Hokkaido, foreign media reported.
According to the country’s Ministry of Defense, when launching along a conventional trajectory, it can fly more than 15 thousand km and reach the continental part of the United States.
The launch was carried out at 10:14 local time (05:14 PM Baku time), at 11:23 (06:23 PM Baku time) the rocket fell, said Yasukazu Hamada Minister of Defense. He noticed that the rocket was in the air for 69 minutes.
