North Korean’s authorities considered wearing black cloaks by invalid imitation of the exceptional appearance of the North Korean leader Kim Jong Yana, reports Radio Free Asia.

According to information, in connection with this decree, North Korea police began to shoot black raincoats from people, merchants on the streets.

It is reported that ordinary citizens will not be able to wear black raincoats as an element of clothing, as this is a manifestation of disrespect in relation to the fashionable appearance of the head of state.
