Earthquake in Barda

On the territory of the Bardensky district of Azerbaijan on Monday, August 2, an earthquake occurred, the Republican Seismological Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan reports.

Underground jackets of magnitude 3.3 are recorded 10 kilometers to the northeast of the Beard Seismostancture, at 20:56 on Baku time (16:56 UTC). The epicenter of the earthquake lay down at a depth of 31 kilometers, they did not feel on the surface of the oscillation of the earth’s crust.

Previous earthquake occurred on July 5 in the Caspian Sea. Underground jolts of magnitude 3.2 occurred at 04:02 local time. According to the calculations of seismologists, the source of the earthquake fell at a depth of 44 kilometers.
