East African community is concerned about situation in Sudan

The East African community (Eng. Thest African Community – Eac) announced the “deep concern” of the situation in Sudan, where there were a clash between the army and the rapid response forces (SBR).

The organization warned that clashes in Sudan may spread to other parts of the continent.

“EAC is deeply concerned about the continuing conflict in Sudan and calls for immediate ceasefire – in order to put an end to hostilities and prevent the death of people,” – follows from the message.
