Elizabeth II celebrates 95th anniversary in spouse

Queen of Great Britain Elizabeth II on Wednesday celebrates his birthday, she turned 95 years old. In the Buckingham Palace, noted that the Queen would spend this day in Windsor Castle in Touri on his spouse, Prince Philippe, who left his life on April 9 at the age of 99, without having lived two months before his 100th anniversary, writes Interfax.

“This year, the queen will remain in the Windsor Castle during the Royal Mourning Day after the death of the Duke of Edinburgh,” the Buckingham Palace in Twitter said.

British media remind that usually Elizabeth II marks his birthday in April in a family circle, and at noon in London, they launch salute in honor of the Queen. Last year, Salute was canceled due to coronavirus pandemic, this year probably will not be launched, but already because of mourning. The official period of Mourning will last until April 23.

Elizabeth II celebrates two days of birth: one real – April 21, and the other is official, usually in the second Saturday of June.
