American billionaire Elon Musk may break the Twitter purchase deal due to the fact that the company has not provided data on the amount of spam and fake accounts, MIGNEWS reports.
“Currently, Musk believes that Twitter clearly refuses to fulfill its obligations under the merger agreement,” the billionaire lawyer said.
According to him, this is a clear violation of Twitter’s obligations under the merger agreement, and Musk reserves all the rights arising from this, including its right to not complete the transaction and its right to terminate the merger agreement.
