Elvina Yusifli can sentence to 12 years after death of Russian journalist

Russian investigators completed criminal proceedings in relation to a 29-year-old citizen of Azerbaijan Elvin Azer Ogla Yusifley, who is accused of committing a serious accident in which the editor-in-chief of the district newspaper Olesya Schinina died.

Recall, on August 1, 29-year-old Elvin Yusifli made a traffic accident on the Kyiv Street in the city of Soviet.
