Russian investigators completed criminal proceedings in relation to a 29-year-old citizen of Azerbaijan Elvin Azer Ogla Yusifley, who is accused of committing a serious accident in which the editor-in-chief of the district newspaper Olesya Schinina died.
Recall, on August 1, 29-year-old Elvin Yusifli made a traffic accident on the Kyiv Street in the city of Soviet. Initially, a man was charged with “medigative” Part 2 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code. However, new circumstances later found out. “During the investigation, it was established that a man driving a car of a drug intoxication when commissioned by overtaking to the oncoming lane, creating an obstacle to the oncoming cars. He lost control over the control, went to the adjacent on the right in the course of the movement of the sidewalk, where he hit a pedestrian – a woman moving with him in the passing direction.
