Azerbaijan’s EMERCOM made a statement about the explosion in the apartment of a five -story residential building on Alifa Gadzhiev Street in the Nizaminsky district of Baku.

As the message says, when evaluating the operational situation at the scene, the ministry employees found that the explosion that caused the fire occurred on the fourth floor of a five -story residential building and there was a high risk of fire on other apartments at any time.

Firefighters quickly extinguished the flame, preventing him from spreading to other apartments.

It is reported that as a result of the explosion, a partition and a balcony in a two -room apartment with a total area of ​​36 square meters hit. meters, as well as flammable designs of one of the rooms and home utensils.

As a result of the explosion, Togrul Aliyev, who rented the apartment, suffered in 2001. He received burns of varying severity.

Currently, various structures are conducting inspections on the fact.
