“There are serious problems with secondary education in Azerbaijan.” The Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev said this in an interview with Report.
According to him, a good indicator of the quality of any education is the achievements of students of the educational system in international estimates and research.
He noted that, looking at the results of any measurable achievements, there was a positive dynamics in the successes of Azerbaijani students in the next 5, 10, 15 years.
“The only missing argument may be that someone looks at these numbers and shows that it is not so. But let me bring you an example – Azerbaijan as a country in 2011-2019 showed the highest result among fourth-graders Teams in mathematics , as well as the highest dynamics shown during the TEAMS estimation as a whole, “the Minister of Ampllaev emphasized.
