Erdogan expressed condolences in connection with crash of train in India

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan expressed condolences to the people and the government of India in connection with numerous sacrifices as a result of the Railway Catastrophe in the state of Odisha.

The head of state shared the relevant publication on social networks

“I express my condolences to the families of those who died in a railway catastrophe in the Indian state of Odisha, the people and the government of India from themselves personally and on behalf of the Turkish people. I wish the most speedy recovery to the victims,” ​​he wrote.

The head of state emphasized that Turkey is next to India against the backdrop of the tragedy.

The disaster occurred on Friday evening in the area of ​​the city of Balaor in Odisha. According to various estimates, from 288 to 294 people died.
