Toivo Klaar, the Special Representative of the European Union (EU) for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, will pay an official visit to Azerbaijan. The EU special representative wrote about this on his Twitter page.
The EU diplomat wrote that he completed his meetings in Moscow and went on a visit to Baku.
“I look forward to substantive meetings in Azerbaijan,” Klaar said.
