The European Union welcomes the efforts of Azerbaijan and Armenia to conclude a peace agreement, the EU special representative on the Southern Caucasus Toyvo Claar wrote on his Twitter.
“Yesterday an important meeting was held between the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan and Armenia in Washington. It is pleased that the ministers are involved in the subject process of negotiations in the UNITIONAL MIRAL Treaty.”
