EU will not be able to allocate 3 out of 9 billion euros promised in May to Ukraine, the first deputy head of the EC Valdis Dombrovskis said at a press conference in Brussels following a meeting of the EU Council for Economics and Finance.
He emphasized that the tranche of € 2.5 billion, which Kyiv will receive until the end of November, will be the last this year.
