European Union created a mission of military assistance to Ukraine

The European Union created a mission of military assistance to Ukraine. It includes financial assistance and training of the Ukrainian military at European military bases, BBC reports.

The Med Union Foreign Minister voted for this decision. The mission will begin in November and will last 2 years. It will cost 106.7 million euros.

The mission will be that 15 thousand Ukrainian soldiers will be military training in the countries of the European Union. Germany and Poland have previously announced their readiness to conduct such trainings.

This preparation will have a single management under the command of the French vice-admiral Erve Bleyan and the headquarters in Brussels. It will be coordinated with other centers for the training of the Ukrainian military in the UK, the USA and Canada.
